To upgrade armor in Monster Hunter Wilds, you'll need to progress through the game until you reach Chapter 2. Specifically, you'll unlock the ability to upgrade armor after completing the 'Toward Fervent Fields' quest at the start of Chapter 2, which involves hunting a Rompopolo.

Once unlocked, follow these steps to upgrade your armor:

2. Select the 'Forge/Upgrade Armor' option.

• High Rank armor: 4 levels, with each level requiring 200 points.

Armor Spheres can be obtained as rewards from quests and assignments. You can check which quests offer Armor Spheres by reviewing the quest information before accepting it.

Remember to use your Armor Spheres wisely, as each piece of armor has a maximum upgrade level. It's best to save your more valuable Spheres for higher-ranked armor pieces that can make full use of the upgrade points.
