The story revolves around Zorah Magdaros, a massive Elder Dragon whose death could threaten the ecosystem. Players work to divert it to safety while facing other powerful monsters like Nergigante.

    Capcom aimed to make Monster Hunter: World more accessible to a global audience by refining tutorials, improving user interfaces, and offering simultaneous worldwide releases. These changes helped the game gain immense popularity outside Japan, where earlier titles had struggled.
